Mannsville is a village located in the Town of Ellisburg in Jefferson County, New York. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 400. The name is from Barzillian Mann.
The Village of Mannsville is at the intersection of US Route 11 and Route 90. It is east of Interstate 81.

There are 168 housing units at an average density of 70.5/km² (182.5/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 99.25% White, 0.00% African American, 0.25% Native American, 0.25% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.25% from two or more races. 0.50% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
