The alt text for the image reads as follows: "jpg holy card of San Lorenzo, artist unknown; if you have information on this image, please email me; please do no write to ask about the image, or for permission to use it". It's clear that the Catholic Community Forum is not the copyrihgt holder for this image. The use of an image of a card here appears to be fair, in part because it is transformative.
