Frank Rudolph Wolf (born January 30 1939), American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 1981, representing the Tenth Congressional District of Virginia (map (http://nationalatlas.gov/printable/images/preview/congdist/va10_109.gif)) in Northern Virginia. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he attended Pennsylvania State University and received a degree in Law from Georgetown University. He is a member of the House Appropriations Committee.
