Frank A. LoBiondo (born May 12 1946), trucking executive and American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 1995, representing the Second Congressional District of New Jersey (map (http://nationalatlas.gov/printable/images/preview/congdist/nj02_109.gif)). Born in Bridgeton, New Jersey, he attended Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. LoBiondo was a Cumberland County Freeholder from 1985 to 1987 and was also a member of the New Jersey General Assembly (the lower chamber of the New Jersey Legislature) from 1988 to 1994, when he was elected to the House. He is a member of the Armed Services Committee and Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
