Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball is a beach volleyball simulation video game by Tecmo released in 2003 for the Xbox gaming console. It is not a fighting game like the rest of the DOA series. It does not solely focus on playing volleyball however. Other activities can include buying swimsuits and accessories to customize your character and gambling.
Story
Zack apparently wins the Dead or Alive 3 tournament and decides to gamble his winnings at a casino. He hits the jackpot and wins a very large sum of money. With it he buys an island which he names after himself. He then invites the females he remembers from the last tournament to his island on the false premise that the next DOA tournament will be held there. The girls arrive and after finding out the truth, namely that it was all a big hoax. They decide to make the best of the situation by spending vacation there.
