Add bullets and sort alphabetically?
This looks like a useful "article". But it would be much easier to use if :
- Bulleted; and
- Alphabetical by country
(so move Korea!)- what's "Local Government Area"?

Now we want a trigger-happy contributor with a couple of minutes to spare putting bullets in the right places. Even without the bullets, one can see an interesting variety of names of pages/categories. Some "List ...", some "States of ...", one "U.S. state", ... and so on. Standards to work towards, and discussion of many or most of the differences, is on Wikipedia:Categorization and its talk page, which I commend to the attention of users who haven't seen it yet - Robin Patterson 03:59, 2 Jun 2004 (UTC)
- BTW for standards you may want to have a look at WikiProject Countries. I suppose it's in the line with the project that most of the lists are not titled "List of ..". -- User:Docu
Entities, divisions or something else?
Isn't "entities" a bit too ambiguous? Isn't this category for the level of division of land area immediately below national boundaries? Otherwise it could refer to smaller subdivisions of land one level below the national boundaries, e.g. cities and towns whose surroundings are part of an immediate subregion (IYSWIM) rather than an immediate subregion itself. - It currently uses the terminology of lists of subnational entities. Personally I think it's more important that the lists in the category are by country than the first level ones. -- User:Docu
