Glimmer Man

The Glimmer Man is a 1996 action film in which a detective has to find a serial killer, and uncovers a dastardly conspiracy. Supposedly, the detective is so fast that his targets only see a glimmer of him before they're caught.

The film stars Steven Seagal (as "Glimmer Man" Jack Cole), Bob Gunton, Brian Cox, Michelle Johnson, Keenan Ivory Wayans, Johnny Strong, and Ryan Cutrona.
