Enceladus

• In Greek mythology Enceladus was one of the Gigantes who was defeated in battle and buried under Mount Etna by Athena. Mt. Etna's eruptions were said to be caused by Enceladus rolling around inside the mountain. Virgil III, 578.

• In astronomy, Enceladus is a moon of Saturn.
