David F. Cargo

David F. Cargo (born) 1929 is a Republican Party politican from the New Mexico. He was governor of New Mexico from 1967 until 1971. He also took part in the republican gubernotorial primary of 1994, taking second place. He lost to Gary E. Johnson, but poled more votes than two other candidates.
