Chin Na

Chin Na or Qinna (擒拿) is a Chinese word describing joint-manipulation techniques similar to those included in the Japanese martial arts of Aikijujutsu Jujutsu and Aikido.

Qinna is included almost all Chinese martial arts to some degree - some are particularly well-known for their specialization in qinna, such as Eagle Claw Kung Fu (鷹爪翻子拳).
