Bromsgrove

Bromsgrove is a town in north west Worcestershire, part of the West Midlands in England. It has a population of 88,000.

Bromsgrove was a market town and had a thriving nail making industry from the 16th to 19th centuries. Currently it is a dormitory town for Birmingham.

Author Alfred Edward Housman was born in Bromsgrove in 1859.

Bromsgrove's MP is Julie Kirkbride (Conservative).
