the population is 51,024. Its name is in honor of
Willie G. Blount,
who served as
Governor
of Tennessee. Its
county
seat is
Oneonta.
History

1818.
Geography

km² (646 mi²) of it is land and 13 km² (5 mi²) of it is water.
