Alma

Alma has the following meanings:

1. The Book of Alma (part of the book in the Book of Mormon)
2. Alma the Elder, a character in the Book of Alma
3. Alma the Younger, the son of Alma the Elder
4. Alma is also the local name for a cryptid said to live in the Pamir Mountains. Myra Shackley has speculated that these are a remnant population of Neanderthals.
